My 3 new year resolution

My new year resolutions

 2013, new year started almost 8 months ago, and I didn't achieve my goal, which I made in January. So. I will make new resolution. I will not gonna make academic resolution, because is hard to achieve or lazy to achieve it.
 My first resolution is losing my weight. I know my body is not usual comparing to others. So, I make my mind to lose the weight, specifically 10 kg. Its hard to lose the 10 kg, so I will exercise 3 hours every day at gym. This will make my calories gone, of course I need to balance my meal. Another thing to do is make a body cycle regularly, to make my metabolism active. In these ways, I think I can reach to my goal.
 My second resolution is real closely related to my first resolution. I'll run 100 m in 13 seconds. My newest record was 18 seconds. So, I'll train my self everyday when I'm available at gym. Keep shorten my record, make my body lighter and grow my leg muscle stronger, least I can run 100 m in 13 seconds end of this year.
My last resolution is no more extra nap at house. Is my old habit that take a nap after 3 pm. That make my life cycle complicated, however I always feel sleepy after 3 pm. This problem, I think I need to sleep earlier and wake up early in the morning, so I make myself don't need extra sleep for rest of the day. So I can wake up myself and never take extra nap.

I wish, after 6 months, I achieve my resolutions and also my body become lighter than now, run 100 m in 13 seconds, and my life cycle well balanced,so i don't need any kind of extra nap anymore. That is my new year resolution, and I will work my self up to achieve it.
